Frequently asked questions
- How do I choose the right level?
- Tell us about your dance experience in a registration request and we will suggest the session that fits. “Open level” welcomes a range of dancers but is not automatically a complete-beginner class.
- What happens after I register?
- Your request is saved and the Mambo Clan team contacts you to confirm the details, the venue and your place. A registration request is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
- What should I wear?
- Comfortable clothes you can move in and shoes you can turn in. If you would like specific advice for a particular class, ask us in your request.
- Do I need a partner?
- Partner arrangements for the partnerwork sessions are confirmed directly with the school. Ask us in your request and we will tell you how the class you are interested in runs.
- How much do classes cost?
- Prices and packages are not published on the site yet. Send a request and we will reply with the current prices.
- What if I need to cancel?
- A cancellation policy has not been published yet. Because registration is an enquiry rather than a paid booking, simply let us know if your plans change.
